Contemporarily equipped refrigerating chambers are larger than 500 m2. They are used for the storage and ripening of fruit and vegetables.

The storage space contains separate storage areas for the storage of wares according to all temperature regimes. Thus, there are storage chambers for the storage of conditioned wares on a regime of up to +18°C and storage chambers for regime wares (+4°C, -20°C) with a specially refrigerated reception space.

Chambers with controlled atmosphere

Chambers with controlled atmosphere, ULO cold storage, are a most recent way to store fruit and vegetables. By storing the products in these chambers, a significantly longer storage period is ensured, while the quality of the product remains unchanged.
